Sunday, 28th- Moll's gap + Black Valley and Gap of Dunloe

Good morning fellas,
Yesterday was the last weekend day in Ireland, we had to take advantage of this and explore some more places before coming back. In the morning we decided to show Evi a little more of the National Park so we hired a carriage and went to the Muckross abbey and House and we did the lake and the Torc Waterfall again (this time no one in the river😅)!
Then, in the afternoon without Evi (she abandoned us 😭😭) we went and visited Ladies View, Moll's Gap, the Black Valley and the Gap of Dunloe, a 2 hours car route but so very worth it!! Here you have a short video about all!! Hope you like it!

Ahir era l'últim dia de cap de setmana que estàvem per Irlanda i havíem d'aprofitar-ho! Al matí vam decidir ensenyar a la Evi alguns racons del National Park I vam llogar un carruatge per fer la volta per Muckross Abbey i House, fins al llac i la cascada (aquest cop sense q ningú caigués a dins 😂).
Llavors, per la tarda, sense la Evi que ens va abandonar, vam anar a fer una volta de 2horetes: Ladies View, Moll's Gap, the Black Valley and the Gap of Dunloe. Una bona estona però va valer molt la pena, espectacular!!! Us deixem un vídeo amb imatges, esperem que us agradi!!

Sat- Blasket island boat tour+ Slea Head and Dingle peninsula

Helloooo,
We've got a really busy Weekend! Evi was with us and we decided to show her Dingle! We took the same boat trip as last year to the Blasket Islands, we saw Funghi the Dolphin again, we enjoyed the Blasket Islands beach and sunny weather and we came back by the speed boat which is fantastic and kids enjoyed it so much!! Ohhh by the way, we could hold a jellyfish and saw some more dolphins and a Winky Whale!! It was so great!!

Then, we had some lunch and decided to do the Slea Head drive and the Dingle Penninsula! We did see amazing scenic views and discovered farms and ancient stones. It was so worth it!!! So, we definitely recommend you this adventure!!👍👍

Wed, 24th- Kerry Cliffs & Valentia

Hello again,
Today we have ventured an excursion to the South: we have seen the Kerry Cliffs and we did go to Valentia Island bit couldn't enjoyed it cause of the weather, today it was really Irish!!

Tuesday 23rd. Bike tour around Muckross

Hi everybody!
This is a new week where we have started another camp in the leisure sports centre, Killarney.

Cristina and Núria are going to The Let's go camp in Tralee and we have swimming lessons+multi activity camp in Killarney so, the videos will be separated because every family is doing a different activity.

These two days have been about testing our bikes and rides. Pere has been learning and today we have done our first big excursion, we are so proud of him🤩🤩! Here you have a short video about it!

Comencem una nova setmana i un nou campus! Aquest cop també anem separats i la Cris i la Núria van a Tralee Al Let's go Camp. Nosaltres ens hem quedat a Killarney fent classes de natació i multi-activitats esportives. Per tant, us farem vídeos diferents per cada family.

Nosaltres aquests dos dies hem estat practicant amb la bici, el Pere n'ha estat aprenent i avui hem pogut fer la nostra 1a excursioneta!! Súper orgullosos d'ell 🤩🤩!

Sunday disaster

Hiya everybody,
This entry is going to be really, really short. On Sunday we decided to do separated things. Elisa, Carlos and the girls went to the Cliffs of Moher because Carlos hadn't seen them and me and the kids headed towards Limerick and Galway.
Well, the journey was too long and not worth it at all because it was pouring! like raining, raining! what a shame, they couldn't enjoy the Cliffs due to the fog and we couldn't visit King's John castle in Limerick because of the rain so.... only a couple of pics from Limerick to prove we were there! XD!!!

Hope next week is different, let's cross fingers👍

Aquesta entrada sí que serà curta, curta. El diumenge vam decidir dividir-nos. Les nens amb l'Elisa i el Carlos van anar als Cliffs of Moher ja que el Carlos no els havia vist i nosaltres vam preferir visitar Limerick i Galway. 
Bé, el viatge a part de llarg no va ser gens profitós ja que va estar diluviant! sí sí, res de plugeta fina, un bon xàfec!! Ells no van poder disfrutar dels Cliffs bàsicament perquè no es veien de la boira que hi havia i nosaltres no vam poder visitar el castell de Limerick perquè ja anàvem xops! o sigui que només us deixem unes fotos per donar fe de que arribar-hi, hi vam arribar! XD
a veure si tenim més sort la setmana vinent, creuem dits 👍

Saturday: Wild Athlantic way (Kenmare to Baltimore)

Hello fellas,

Promising you the latest news, here I will explain you about our wonderful weekend! On Saturday, we decided to try the Wild Athlantic Way from Kenmare to Baltimore. We did it by stopping to some scenic views and then, we went to chase the Sheep`s Head  where we spent a couple of hours walking trying to find the lighthouse (ok, then... we did find it but it was a little disappointing, above all because of the LITTLE part XD!), Pere was complaining all the time because it was a 2km walk and we spent like 2 hours walking, his words were ("vull anar a casa amb el pare, jo me quedo amb ell, vale?" 🙈). We tried to see some whales (we were convinced we had seen one, later on disappointed to find out it was just a boat... 😩) but the walk was worth it because the weather was nice and we had already had to much car. 

Then,  we headed to Baltimore, it was almost 15:00 and without having had lunch, only some sandwiches, we decided to lunch-dinner once in Baltimore but, .....BUT... what a suprise, when we arrived after a long journey of narrow roads, we parked in the harbour and there was a boat just about to sail in half an hour. It did a cruise till the FastNet lighthouse and Cape Clear island ... it was a sunset sailing and we were seduced by the idea so the plan was this: we hurried to a pizzeria nearby and bought three pizzas to take away (they did us a favour and prepared them in 10minutes), meanwhile others were picking all the raincoats and coats from the car + some of the food we had brought because there was no time for a quiet lunch-dinner! XD 

at 19:00 the boat sailed and the adventure started. There were two teams. Team A: pifarré-mateu shouting and enjoying the trip, getting wet from the water and enjoying the jumping-waves and Team B: Pifarré-porta who let's say, didn't find the trip so amusing because of the sickness. At the end, we ended watching a beautiful sunset and the lighthouse (one of the biggest) and ohhhh SURPRISE! some dolphins came to play with our boat for a little bit!

Us vam prometre les últimes novetats i aquí us explicaré el nostre meravellós cap de setmana! Dissabte vam decidir provar el Wild Athlantic Way de Kenmare a Baltimore. Ho vam fer parant a algunes vistes panoràmiques i, a continuació, vam anar a perseguir The Sheep's head, on vam passar unes hores caminant intentant trobar el far (bé, ... el vam acabar trobant però diguem que no era el que esperàvem , LITTLE seria la paraula adient XD!), El Pere es queixava tot el temps perquè era un passeig de 2 quilòmetres i vam estar com a 2 hores caminant, les seves paraules eren ("vull anar a casa amb el pare, jo me quedo amb ell, val? "🙈). 
Vam intentar veure algunes balenes (estàvem convençuts d'haver-ne vist una fins que va morir l'eufòria en comprovar que era un vaixell!). En definitiva, va valer la pena el passeig ja que ens va fer molt bon temps i portàvem molta estona amb el cul enganxat al cotxe. 

Després vam anar cap a Baltimore, gairebé a les 15:00 i sense dinar, només uns entrepans, vam decidir dinar-sopar una vegada a Baltimore, però, .....  sorpresa!, quan vam arribar després d'un llarg trajecte de carreteres estretes, vam aparcar al port i hi havia un vaixell que sortia en mitja hora. Feia un creuer fins al far de FastNet i l'illa de Cape Clear ... era un creuer a la posta de sol i ens van seduir la idea de manera que el pla era el següent: vam anar a una pizzeria propera i vam comprar tres pizzes per emportar-nos (ens van fer un favor i ens les van preparar en 10 minuts). Mentrestant, els altres recollien tots els impermeables i abrics del cotxe + algo de menjar que havíem portat pel viatge perquè no hi havia temps per a un dinar-sopar tranquil. XD!! 

A les 19:00 el vaixell sarpava i va començar l'aventura. Hi va haver dos equips. Equip A: pifarré-mateu cridant i gaudint del viatge, mullant-se amb l'aigua i gaudint de les onades i els salts i l'equip B: Pifarré-porta que diguem, no va trobar el viatge tan divertit a causa de les mateixes onades, jeje. Al final, vam acabar de veure tots una bonica posta de sol i el far (un dels més grans) i ohhhh SORPRESA! alguns dofins van aparèixer en la tornada i van estar jugant amb nosaltres!

WEEK 1- horse riding camps+swimming camps

Hello everybody, 

We are so, so busy we don't have time to explain you anything. It's Sunday, 23:00 and time to tell you something about our 1st week of activities. Nuria, Pere and Ian attended the Pony tales Stables camps where they learnt how to groom, feed, clean and ride the horses, they also learned lots of vocabulary (muzzle, cannopy, reins.... ) It was amazing and they really had a great time! 

Meanwhile, Cristina was in the Leisure sports centre and she did swimming lessons and the multi-activity camp. She also enjoyed it and became a Michael Phelp-2. 

Meanwhile, we, parents, visited some interesting places around or went bike riding for the park, it was a lovely week, with only a little rain so, everybody was happy!

In the afternoon, we played in the park, we also visited Muckross Abbey or the Ross castle. There are lots of places to go and enjoy in Killarney! here we show you some of the videos we have made!!

Estem tan a tope que no ens dona temps d'actualitzar el bloc! Avui és Diumenge i són les 11 de la nit, objectiu: ficar al dia a la nostra família i ensenyar-vos una mica el que ha passat durant la setmana!. La Núria, el Pere i l'Ian van anar als campus dels Pony Tales Stables on van aprendre a cuidar, alimentar, respatllar i muntar els cavalls. També han après moltes paraules relacionades amb el món de l'equitació. S'ho han passat genial!!

Mentrestant, la Cris estava fent classes de natació i un campus de multi-activitats als Leisure centre de Killarney. També s'ho ha passat súper bé i gairebé tenim un Michael Phelps-2 a la family!

I nosaltres, els papis, durant el matí aprofitàvem per anar visitar els voltants o fer alguna excursió amb bici, ha fet molt bon temps i per tant, una setmana on tothom ha pogut disfrutar a la seva manera

Acabàvem el dia, anant a visitar o jugar al parc amb els nens us ho deixem tot en unes imatges que hem preparat!

Day 4. Park and GAA

Hello,
Avui diumenge presentava tranquil, pel matí a explorar la ubicació de la casa, hem anat caminant fins al Parc, uns 15min i llavors, caminadeta pel parc, alguns l'hem fet més curta perquè algun petardo es cansava i volia anar a casa (a la de Lleida 🥴🥴)!! Ehem...
Però els més valents han fet 8km!

Per la tarda, inspecció dels campus que comencem demà i de tornada KAOS! KILLARNEY bloquejat literalment per milers (bufff....algún milió potser), deixem-ho en milers de seguidors del GAA, final Kerry vs. Mayo, hem pillat que devia ser lo menos una Champions perquè s'ha bloquejat la ciutat i nosaltres ens hem menjat una cua de 45min! 😒

Bé, al final hem pogut fer passejadeta pel poble i els hem comprat el gelat que havien guanyat en resoldre l'Scape room in English que els he preparat a la migdiada! A tope però amb final dolcet😘

Day 3. Visiting Cork

Ohhh yesss,
Today has been a very exhausting but worthy day. After having a 'Catalan breakfast' of 'pa amb tomata i llonganissa seca' a Mitchelstown ens n'hem tornat a Cobh per visitar la TITANIC EXPERIENCE. Cadascú de nosaltres era un dels 2000 passatgers que viatjaven al Titanic i ha estat emocionant saber si vam sobreviure o no. Deixeu-me dir que tots vam tenir bastanta sort. Els Pere i el Carlos van haver de nedar per aigües congelades fins enfilar-se a un bocí de fusta però es van acabar salvant, les noies ho  vam tenir més fàcil. Però el que ens ha flipat ha estat identificar l'olor a mitjons suats, després d'olorar moltes fragàncies del Titanic (no us explico res més😅)!

Hem acabat la visita fent una volteta per Cobh i visitant la seva Catedral, nice!.

About 12:00 we drove to Blarney Castle, espectacular! ESPECTACULAR LA CUA QUE HEM FET PER BESAR LA STONE(pedra) dels CUY*NS. Tot serà per les llegendes... però en definitiva, ens hem embotit (literal) a les coves, hem visitat el castell, ens hem capgirat per fer el petó a la pedra i hem passejat per escales de bruixes, coves de druïdes i paisatges al.lucinants!!

Day 2. Arrival

24hours after...
We spent a lot of hours in the sea, fortunately the sea was quite calm but...some of the passengers didn't feel very well. Anyway, we arrived and headed towards Mitchelstown, we spent the night there, the house was LOVELY and the owners really nice, if you happen to go to Mitchelstown, don't hesitate and stay in the Coach House.

No adventures for today but a lot of pics from the long journey🙄🌊🌊🌊

Day, 1 Ireland 1819

Eii family and friends!!
Aquí estem de nou a punt d'una altra aventura. Com ja va sent habitual, destí: Irlanda! Viatgem amb els cunyats Elisa i Carlos i les cosinetes, Cristina i Núria. El pare ens ha abandonat de nou ... Després es queixarà que és l'únic que no sap anglès!
Ens esperen 3 setmanes d'activitats i esperem, un munt d'aventures. Us deixem resum del 1r dia de viatge, ens seguiu???
